Birthday!

Hi lovelies! Well my birthday was last month, the 31st of May! I turned 15 and I just loved it. My presents were absolutely amazing and i'm so so so grateful, one of my favourite presents was the one my sister got me! My sister got me Taylor Swift tickets!!! I'm going on the 29th of November in Auckland and i'm so excited! I was so happy and couldn't believe she got me this! xxxx

Busy busy busy!

❄ May ❄

I'm so excited for May! My birthday isn't too long away, it's on the 31st of May, so this makes this month super special! I will be turning 15, I'm the last one out of all my friends to turn 15, so it's about time. I hope this month will get colder as at the end of the month it will be Winter ❄ I love Autumn and Winter, the weather gets colder and the fashion gets better! Scarves, boots, warm clothing. For some of you it might be Spring, so hopefully the weather will get warmer! And sadly, tomorrow I start school again, beginning of Term 2. I'll be missing the holidays very much and will be waiting for the next holidays in about 2 or so months.

Holidays!

Sorry again for the lack of posts.. Sadly this post will not have any pictures!
It's about time the holidays came, the holidays started last friday but I have been so busy this week I did not get a chance to write a post. This whole week I've had dance rehearsals for this performance called Stage Challenge, if you're from New Zealand you might have heard of it! It's basically a huge dance competition between schools in your city. It's such a fun experience and it's my third year doing it. Holiday practices aren't that bad as i'm with all my friends and we get to hang out with each other but the rehearsals run from 10 am to 4 pm for one week.. so it's quite tiring! The performance is on the 21st of May so not too long to go!

1.What is your current fashion obsession? I'm loving knitwear right now as it is getting colder and they're so comfortable but they're stylish!

2.What is your current makeup obsession? BB Cream Watergel, it's a new product and it's just so amazing!

3.What are you wearing today? Well I had school earlier so I was in my school uniform. Now, i'm wearing a jumper and jeans because I went out and about with my dad.

4.Hair? It's still in a ponytail from this morning.

5. Why is today special? Well it's just like any other Monday, but I received my early birthday presents from my auntie and uncle who live in Singapore! I'm very thrilled!

6. What would you like to learn to do? I would love to be able to draw really well!

7. What's for dinner today? My mum cooked rice and other asian dishes.

8. What are you watching/listening to right now? I'm not listening to music as i'm watching The Big Bang Theory!

March Favourites! ❄

Hi lovelies! Sorry I have't posted in a while, i've been quite busy! I hope you all had a good Easter break xxx
I'll try keep my comments quite short!

Chanel no. 5 perfume- I love this, it smells so fresh and has such a nice fragrance! It isn't too strong, which is very nice!

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick; 613 Just Enough Buff- This is such a nice nude lip colour, it stays on for a good amount of time and I've been loving it for this month! It's a very natural look.

Lush Tea Tree Water Toner- This product has been used a lot of times this month! As Autumn is here, my skin tends to be a bit drier, so this item really hydrates my skin! And it hasn't broken out my skin.

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream; SMLC05 Antwerp- This lip cream is so lovely because I hate it when lipglosses leave your lips still dry looking and not giving it the moisture your lips need! This product is perfect for when i'm in a rush and have no time to prep my lips with a lip balm, it's a gorgeous strawberry colour and really brightens up your lips!

Mika & Gala Playsuit- I love this playsuit, it's so nice! The bottom of the playsuit is a crochet material  and this item is quite light, so I wouldn't wear it on super cold Wintery days. I would pair this with my military jacket and some converse!

Cadbury Milk Chocolate Fingers- This is my non-beauty/fashion favourite of the month. These are soooo sooo good. They're just got biscuit in them and it's just heavenly!

The Carrie Diaries- I have been so hyped up over this show about two months before it came out! I just love this show, it's very relatable to teenagers. It's the prequel to Sex and the City. I would recommend you all to watch it if you already don't, there is also some very hot eye candy in this show.

Olly Murs; Army of Two- I love this song, my friend Millie told me to listen to it because we both love Olly Murs! It's so upbeat and it makes you feel good!

❄ My Staples for Autumn/Winter ❄

Hi lovelies! I hope you've all had a great week and your weekend is going well! Ah i'm so excited for easter weekend next week, I need a break from school!
Well I have two staple items for right now, as it hasn't gotten super cold just yet. But I will update you as it gets colder and I have more statement items.

I love these boots! I got them from a shop called Glassons for about $50. They're such a nice pair to have for this season and they're very in at the moment!

This is my favourite jacket! I got in last December and it has been an item i've worn a lot since then! It's waterproof as well, and it's very good quality! I got it during the Boxing Day sale, so it was such a good price! It's a little bit big as the sizes were very limited because of the sale!

As Autumn is coming in, the weather is getting much colder! 

Body Shop body butter- As the weather is getting colder, I need to moisturize more! This body butter smells so good and it's so refreshing!

Revlon Nailpolish- Such a nice colour, still gives a pop of colour, Autumn colours aren't all dark! This is a scented nailpolish and it smells like mangoes!

Sephora body spray- I love this body spray, it's easy to bring with you! And the smell is just so heavenly!

Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain- I think this is the perfect colour for all seasons. I love it, i've only had it for a week and a half and i've been using it non stop!

Lucas Pawpaw Ointment- This is really good for dry lips, it's such a good treatment for your lips. It's my favourite lip treatment.

Body Shop lip balm- This is also really good, it smells like passionfruit and it's one of my favourite scents!

Healtheries Tropical Tea- I love to drink tea as the weather is getting so cold, like today. It tastes really good and it warms me up!

Ugg Boots- I love wearing uggs during Autumn/Winter. They're so wooly and they're always a huge piece in my winter wardrobe!

1. My birthday is on the 31st of May and I will be turning 15, whoooo!
2. I have done ballet for just over 11 years.

5. I was born in Singapore! I moved to New Zealand when I was about 8-9 years old.

1. Who is your style icon? I don't really have a style icon! But I really like Zoella's (a beauty youtuber) fashion and Mariannan (a finnish blogger).

2. Chocolate or Vanilla? Vanilla! I love vanilla ice cream, I don't like chocolate ice cream!

3. Favourite makeup item you own? I have a Lancome lipstick that is part of my makeup essentials! I love it to bits, I use it so much, I'm surprised it hasn't run out yet!

4. If your house was burning down and your family were sure to be safe, what are three things you would safe, and why? I would save my photos, they mean a lot to me! I would also take my laptop as I have a lot of things saved on there including pictures and all that. And probably some of my stuffed animals that have a lot of meaning to me!

5. Favourite music band/ artist? I don't have a favourite, I listen to everything. I've been really into The Vamps lately though!

6. Describe your room in style? My room is quite cute, my main colours are lilac and this very gorgeous lime green. The lime green isn't tacky! It's very subtle. I have a feature wall.

7. One social networking site you go to constantly? Probably Facebook or Tumblr! If I get bored of facebook, then I go onto tumblr!

8. Most used perfume? I hope I can say body sprays! I don't use perfume unless i'm going out or something. If I'm just going to school, I use body sprays! I love the ones from bath and body works. They are the best kind!

9. If you could have lunch or dinner with one celebrity, who would it be and why? Andrew Garfield! I just love him and how he's in the amazing spiderman, such a good looking actor.

10. Favourite Make up brand? I love MAC but I wish it wasn't so expensive here in New Zealand :(

Weekend Antics!

Hi lovelies! I hope that everyone had an amazing weekend! Here's a preview of mine xx

Saturday-
I had work on saturday morning so it was quite an early start. I work at a donut shop, and it's so amazing!

After work, I had dance. I do ballet and I love everyone in my class! They're all so lovely but I was so tired after. Our teacher worked us really hard and my legs were so sore the next day.

Later than afternoon, one of my best friends Danielle (daniellerenex.blogspot.co.nz) came round for a sleepover and we went to Nandos for dinner. Nandos is so nice! I've been there a couple of times and it's just so yummy!

Sunday-
On Sunday, me and Danielle decide to go into town. We had a browse at all of the shops, but sadly the shops in towns are all boutiques are ridiculously overpriced! But I did get a new lip product; a Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Romantic!

Monday-
Today was teacher only day at school, so I had the day off! So good! I went out for the day with my mum and we went for lunch and did some shopping, Here is my outfit of the day:

Makeup Essentials!

Hi lovelies!  I hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend! Here are some of my makeup essentials I can't live without.

Face-

Maybelline 8 in 1 BB Cream; I'm in the colour 02 Natural. I love this BB cream, I think this is only available in some countries, I've only seen it in Asia but it's a really good BB cream. I prefer BB creams over foundations, they just feel much lighter but still give good coverage! I find that foundation is just too much coverage for my skin.

Revlon PhotoReady Powder; I'm in the colour 030 Medium/Deep. I love this powder, it sets my BB cream/ foundation really well! It doesn't look cakey and the PhotoReady range from Revlon is really good!


Eyes-

Revlon Grow Luscious Pumping Mascara; This is the newer version of the grow luscious mascara! I really like this as I have short eyelashes and it really lengthens them and gives them a lot of volume! I would recommend this mascara if you need a new one!

Paul & Joe Eye Shadow; The packaging of this is gorgeous and I love it! The colour of the eye shadow is in 07 Hirondelle. It's a gorgeous grey- silver colour and has the perfect amount of shimmer. I'm not too sure where this is from, it was given to me as a present!

Face It Eye Shadow trio; This colour is called 05 Mocha Nuance. This is really good for natural looks and the gold shimmer is lovely! I really like this trio and I think this is from a shop called The Face Shop, such a nice shop!


Lips-

Lancome Colour Fever Lip Colour; This gorgeous colour is in no. 258- A Little Beige Crush. I absolutely adore this colour! It's my go-to lipstick. It's so amazing, it's a lipstick but it feels like a lipbalm as well. It keeps my lips super moisturized and I just love it! 

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain; This colour is called 045 Romantic. I actually just got this today! I can already tell that it's going to be part of my essentials so I had to add it in! It's a gorgeous red and I like this lip stain as you can build it up to how bright you want it to be! It's also got a very nice minty scent.

MAC Lipglass- This gorgeous pink colour is called Pink Lemonade! Everyone raves about this so much so I decided to buy it last year and finally try it! I love this lipgloss but you have to have really moisturized lips before you put it on. It's such a lovely colour and I just love MAC lipglosses!

Skin Care Routine!

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday, I hope the weekend will treat you well!

Cleansers-

1. Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser; I find this cleanser very good. It feels good for my skin, and as I don't get break outs much it's a good every day cleanser. I use this nearly every day, and has been keeping my skin clear and free of pimples!

2. Yes to Tomatoes Daily Clarifying Cleanser; this cleanser is one of my favourite ones that i've tried. It works well for my skin and keeps it clear. I use this mostly everyday and it's the first time i've tried it. It's really really good and I highly recommend it!

Moisturizers-

1. Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion; I love this because it feels so light on your skin and it keeps your skin moisturized during the day. I try to moisturize twice a day, but I sometimes get really lazy!

2. The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Moisture Lotion; This moisturizer is quite expensive as it's from the body shop, but it's worth it! It smells lovely and it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry half way during the day and it was quite a good buy!

Scrubs-

Clearasil Black Head Clearing Scrub; This is really good for me because I don't get break outs very often, (i'm very lucky!) or if I do it's only a slight bit on my nose. A friend recommended this scrub and i've really been liking it. I've been using for about a week. I usually use this scrub one or twice a week!

Makeup Removers-

1. Olay Wet Cleansing Cloths; I use these cleansing cloths if i've been wearing foundation and eyeshadow, more of a heavy cleanser than for every day use for me! I really like these, they're very refreshing.

2. Nivea 3 in 1 Waterproof Make Up Remover; This is more an everyday use from when I get back from school. I usually only wear mascara to school so I don't need much. I find this removes easily without me needing to rub it against my skin continuously.

Goodbye Summer, Hello Autumn!

Summer this year has been such a good one! Warm weather and heaps of sunshine! 

The summer holidays have treated me well. I'm going to miss Summer but i'm very excited for Autumn, that means only one more season until my birthday!

I love Autumn, colder weather. I love Autumn fashion; scarves, boots, warm sweaters.
